Sunset at the top of Tomaree Headland

It’s the week of sunsets for me. I’ve been posting a lot of images about sunsets and I want to show you one of the most amazing sunsets I’ve ever photographed. It’s a panorama I did from the top of Tomaree Headland, which is in my area. I went there after sunset and I photographed this amazing sunset.

First Pro Photography Award

I want to show you this printed canvas. It’s actually a pretty big canvas print (it’s HUGE). The reason why I wanted to show you this print was because, it is the first image that I ever won a professional photography award for. One of the first awards I’ve ever got was from this sunset photograph that I took at the top of Tomaree Headland.

HDR Method and Panorama

Now, what I used for this sunset image was I used my HDR method and created a panorama out of it. So, I photographed three images on top of each other and created a panorama print out of the HDR images.
