Deciding the difference between important and urgent

Why do we need to know what’s important and what’s urgent?

  • The most important in your photography business is someone paying you or someone about to pay you.

1. One client will come to pick up the prints and will pay you; then one client comes in to have a photo shoot.

Who would you choose to service first?

  • You choose the person who is about to pay you for your service.

2. The actual viewing and ordering presentation versus a photo shoot.

Who would you cancel?

  • You cancel the photo shoot and choose the person who will view the photos because they want to buy something from you.

3. The last priority will be the photo shoot.
